Booking Conditions
Once Wise & Wherefores has received the booking form, you are liable for payment.
Wise & Wherefores reserves the right to cancel a course. In such circumstances, a full refund of course fees will be made or an alternative training date arranged.
Free Consultation
Training Consultation is free if you are booking at least one day’s training. If no booking for training is received, a charge may be made to cover the expenses of the consultation. Payment should be received within 14 days of the invoice for these expenses.
Payment
Payment is usually requested upon booking. An invoice will be issued upon receipt of your booking form. Payment should be received by Wise & Wherefores at least 14 days before training takes place. Cheques should be made payable to Wise and Wherefores Ltd.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Bookings may be cancelled or transferred with no penalty if notification is received as follows:
14 days prior to the start date of training over 1 or 2 days.
21 days prior to the start date of training over 3 to 7 days.
28 days prior to the start date of training over more than 7 days.
If less than the required notice period is given, then a 100% charge will be made. An appropriate substitute will be accepted at any time.
Transfer to a subsequent date is subject to availability of places.
If the transferee subsequently cancels, the original cancellation clause will apply. Transferees may only transfer once.
Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any stage at no extra cost.
Course Changes
Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, alterations to timing, venue and content of courses may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to modify the courses we run.
