For some years now Mike, of Wise & Wherefores, has been a key part of the delivery of our training and also the development of our user documentation. This has required a high level of knowledge about all our software as well as a good understanding of the needs of our clients. In order to deliver an effective training service, Wise & Wherefores has developed a range of training courses for each of our products, allowing for differing levels of users. These courses have then been delivered at sites across the country and feedback has consistently been excellent from all delegates. In particular, they have appreciated the non-technical “plain English” approach that makes the training easy to follow regardless of IT knowledge.
The Wise & Wherefores team has also proven to be highly flexible and able to deal with a variety of unforeseen situations ensuring that the delivery of the training is not disrupted and leaving the clients suitably impressed. They make every effort to maintain a high level of service and client satisfaction which clearly reflects well on us, as well as on Wise & Wherefores.
Wise & Wherefores has also been given the task of writing and updating our user manuals. This again has been done very thoroughly and the resulting documentation is creative, colourful and informative.
We have called on them to provide us with some training for our own staff, mainly on Microsoft Office applications. This further demonstrated to us how much preparation is being put in to ensure the relevance of the training provided. All our staff found these training events extremely useful and it has helped us to maintain a high level of productivity and consistency in the business.
