We set-up this Helpdesk service specifically for Excel, because it’s been our experience that many Users of this brilliant software sometimes encounter frustrating moments when those pesky Excel gremlins seem to be playing tricks with your data. It doesn’t matter how hard you try, you don’t seem to be able to coax the right-looking results from your spreadsheets!
Maybe you’ve sat staring at a PC laid out with rows and columns full of numbers, and you’ve a sneaky feeling there’s a way you can get all those numbers under control but you can’t quite remember which function you’re after!
Yes, you know you could drag your “Excel for........” book out from that special place you left it for an occasion such as this, or you could trawl the internet hoping you’ve searched on the correct term that will reveal the secret you crave. But, is there really enough time in your day for that? Haven’t you got far more important ways to while away those working hours?

How Does It Work?
You phone or email us with your Excel problem and we help you. It's as simple as that.
How Much Is It?
We use a ‘credits’ system. The idea is that you buy a number of credits in advance, and after you’ve used those credits up, you can buy some more.
The credits are ‘spent’ according to the time involved in resolving the enquiry. In most instances, queries tend to cost 1 credit and are answered immediately or, at most, within 3 business hours. If it is anticipated that a more complex query needs extra research time, then you will be advised before we attempt to resolve the problem and before any credits are used.
