Wise & Wherefores Ltd was set-up by Mike and Jenny Flood in 2006. After seven years as a freelance IT trainer, Mike realised there was a need for a training company that can provide businesses with specialist knowledge, in the most popular Microsoft Office Applications, tailored to their own particular business needs.
“Many people have attended computer training courses that were interesting but not particularly useful for what they needed to achieve at work. After a short while, most of what was taught was forgotten because it wasn’t relevant. It’s our aim to ensure people never feel that way after training with Wise & Wherefores.”
Mike and Jenny’s aim is for Wise & Wherefores to provide training which will help businesses improve performance and increase their profits.
“We want to work in partnership with businesses, delivering training which will have a positive impact. This is why we discuss individual training needs with our clients. It allows us to develop a programme of training designed to achieve their specific outcomes.”

Mike is a Microsoft Master Instructor. He is also a member of the Institute of IT Trainers. He has an understanding, therefore, of the inter-personal qualities and technical skills needed in an excellent trainer.
